Donate

Oftentimes, individuals contact us to donate funds for a client in need. Donated funds are applied to an active client's account, selected once we have reviewed their commitment level to training/practicing, and the dog's progress and likeliness of success.  Unless there are extenuating circumstances, the client/dog team chosen for an anonymous donation have already passed Phase 1: Basic Skills and Phase 2: Advanced Skills, so they are starting Phase 3: Disability Skills of our program.

Donations of any amount are always appreciated by our clients! The following is a short list of our most common training amounts:

• $900 donation = 5 private lesson program (less travel charges) 

• $6,300 donation = 4 weeks of Board & Train (less travel charges)

• $12,000 donation = approximate average cost for a dog/handler team to complete program (less travel charges)

Compass Key is not a non-profit 501(c)(3) and donations are not tax-deductible.

Your name will remain anonymous to the donor.  If you would like to donate to a specific client's training, please note the full name of the client on your donation.
